Tennis
Russell Woods from Tennis England has now been working with Stanley Junior School for the past four years and has built a successful coaching programme at the school. This year we are coming to the school to run our ‘Tennis England Roadshow’ where we coach all the children in the school for free. These sessions are giving a taste to the children of what we do and for us to find those with special talent.
Our classes incorporate our games-based approach to learning, which enables the students to master all tennis strokes technique, whilst having fun. Our low coach to student ratio of 1:8 ensures optimal learning. Smaller groups enhance learning and enable us to give your child individual attention.
Our coaching programme that we run at the school is:
Yrs 5&6 |
Thursday |
4:30 – 5:30pm |
Yrs 3&4 |
Friday |
3:20 – 4:20pm |
All Yrs |
Friday |
4:20 – 5:20pm |
We also run term time tennis classes, holiday tennis camps and multi-sports camps that run throughout the year.
